Warranty Policy

1. Warranty Coverage

Workmanship: We warrant that our workmanship will be free from defects for a period of [X] months from the date of service completion. If you experience any issues with the workmanship during this warranty period, we will repair or correct the problem at no cost to you. This includes issues such as improper installation, incorrect repairs, or substandard maintenance work.
Parts and Equipment: For parts and equipment supplied by us during the service, the warranty period will vary depending on the manufacturer’s warranty. We will provide you with information about the specific warranty period for each part or equipment at the time of service. In the event of a defect covered by the warranty, we will replace the defective part or equipment with a new one of equal or better quality, free of charge. This includes labor costs associated with the replacement.

2. Exclusions from Warranty

The following situations are not covered by our warranty:

 

  • Normal Wear and Tear: Damage or deterioration due to normal use, aging, or environmental factors over time is not covered.
  • Improper Use or Maintenance: If the air conditioning or heating system has been misused, not maintained according to the manufacturer’s instructions, or altered without our prior approval, the warranty will be void.
  • External Factors: Damage caused by natural disasters, power surges, vandalism, or other external factors beyond our control is not covered by the warranty.
  • Services Not Performed by Us: Any repairs, installations, or maintenance work performed by a third – party not authorized by us will void the warranty.

3. Warranty Claim Process

Notification: If you believe that your service, parts, or equipment is covered by our warranty, you must contact us as soon as possible. Provide details about the issue, including the service date, the nature of the problem, and any relevant documentation or photos.
Inspection: We may send a technician to inspect the problem to determine if it is covered by the warranty. The inspection will be carried out at a time convenient for you.
Warranty Service: If the issue is covered by the warranty, we will schedule a time to perform the necessary repairs or replacements as soon as possible. We will make every effort to minimize any disruption to your use of the air conditioning or heating system.

4. Transfer of Warranty

The warranty is non – transferable and applies only to the original customer who received the service. If you sell or transfer the property where the air conditioning or heating service was performed, the warranty will not be extended to the new owner.

5. Limitation of Liability

Our liability under this warranty is limited to the repair or replacement of the defective workmanship, parts, or equipment, as described above. In no event shall we be liable for any indirect, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with the warranty.
